Upcoming Projects
MCC has many exciting projects for 2023. We expect to manage 15+ Smile Doctors new and remodel projects across the Midwest and South. We are currently leading a remodel of the Wildlife Interpretive Gallery at the Detroit Zoo and are excited to share that with the public upon completion. Our development arm, MID, will be building out 6+ industrial lots available for lease in the Almont Research and Development Industrial Park. We are excited to partner with Mercury Broadband, based in Kansas City they are expanding into the Midwest and MID will play a crucial role in helping their expansion.
