MCC has fully staffed and insured excavating, steel erection and commercial/medical remodeling crews. We have performed and managed jobs ranging from a full 2,500 SF dental office remodel, remodel of the Wildlife Interpretive Gallery at the Detroit Zoo, and a 40,000 SF warehouse and assembly area. We self perform 90% of all of our work while competitively bidding all sub trades such as HVAC, Fire Suppression, Plumbing and Electrical.

In addition to MCC's services, we also provide full service commercial door, hardware, and locksmithing through our subsidiary Midwest Commercial Door & Hardware.

In partnership with Midwest Industrial Development, a full service industrial facilities development firm, MCC will develop the Almont Research and Development Industrial Park in Almont, MI. MID will not only develop this land but several industrial sites throughout the Midwest.
